๐Ÿงฑ 3D Maze

The classic Windows screensaver, rebuilt as a cellular-automaton lab. The maze is carved by the Maze CA rule (B3/S12345) run on random noise, then the largest connected region is kept so it's always walkable. A right-hand-rule walker auto-roams it โ€” turning corners, hitting dead ends and backtracking โ€” and respawns in a fresh random maze when it finishes exploring. Rendered first-person with a software DDA raycaster.

โ€”
How it works. Walls are bricks, floor/ceiling are the tan stucco of the original. Bonus ๐Ÿ™‚ faces sit at random junctions โ€” walk into one for points. The walker keeps its hand on the right wall; a dead end forces a U-turn, and once it has visited most of the maze it dissolves and regenerates elsewhere โ€” exactly the screensaver's behavior.

Manual mode: W/S step, A/D turn. Space pause ยท N new maze.
